To all Rowan Little League Parents,

Thank you for your patience!  We will now begin the refunding, rollovers or the donating of your 2020 Summer/Fall season Registration Fees.  This will be a monumental task for us to keep up with, we believe we are ready though. 

If you had planned on playing this 2020 Summer/Fall League or are going to play next year in our 2021 Spring Season we highly encourage you to rollover your registration fee for this year to the 2021 season. This will be the easiest option for RLL.  Just simply follow the instructions below and chose the option that is best for you.  If you choose a refund simply follow the instructions below as well. 

Little League Inc. is crediting us our Charter Fees for 2020 to be used in 2021. However, we will not be issued a refund for our insurance and other fees which we purchase for all players and volunteers.  This fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, if you paid online their was a fee for the transaction. This fee will be deducted from your refund also. It’s roughly $5 and $3 respectively.  

We hope to have all refunds mailed out by September 14th. If we do not hear from you by August 31st we will consider your registration fee a donation.  Again, thank you for your patience during this unprecedented pandemic!

For those requesting a refund for this Summer/Fall (who rolled their Spring fees over)season please email [email protected].  Please specify the amount you paid and whether you paid by check, cash, or card.  Please include the name and address of who we are to send it to. Also, include the players name.  Please specify Option 1!

Option 2 - rollover to next Spring 2021

For those who wish to rollover their registration fee(s) from this Spring/Summer/Fall to next Spring please email [email protected].  Please include players name, players DOB, parents name, email address and phone number.  Next Spring you will still need to register.  Please specify Option 2!

For those who wish to donate their registration fee(s) from this Spring/Summer/Fall we say thank you!  Please email [email protected].  Please include players name and parents name. Please specify Option 3! 

While we are certainly disappointed at the prospect of a lost season, we look forward to rededicating our efforts toward planning and preparation for a 2021 Spring season in which we hope to see everyone back at the ballpark!
